Note:
This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the
file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the "hitman.ini"
file in the "hitman" folder. Add the line "enableconsole
1" at the bottom of the file. Press ~ during game play, then enter
one of the following codes at the console window to activate the corresponding
cheat function. Note: Press [Tab] to scroll through all available commands. |

in the Hitman2 directory in a text editor and add "EnableCheats 1"
without quotations right below EnableConsole. You can activate the following cheats by typing them in the game while playing. |

| Unlike the other two 47 games, the cheats are now in a menu format. once in the game press SHIFT and ESC simultaneously, this takes you to the cheats menu, use your arrow keys to navigate the menu up and down, then use left and right to toggle the options. 0 = off 1 = on. for codes such as give all or give some, just press enter. |

| Passwords: In Game Cheats These codes don't need to be entered in the console. Use a text editor, open up the file: hitmancontracts.ini; and insert ''EnableCheats 1'' and save. Afterwards, start the game and the cheats during any mission. Also note that Case Sensitivity does matter. |

| Enter the following codes in the code menu. |
| Show OSD | 1 to display HUD, 0 to hide it. |
| Invisible Mode | 1, or 0. You can't be seen by actors in the level. |
| God Mode | 1, or 0. You will take no damage. |
| Give Some | Does nothing |
| InfAmmo | Once the value is set to one you have a infinite supply of ammo |
| Show enemy vision | Saddly this code also doesn't work. |
| GiveAll | Saddly this code just crashes the game. |
| InfClip | Same as the above, only this doesn't require you to reload |
| Test Cloth | This will change agent 47's clothing to one of the possible disguises in the level. |
| Complete level | This will finish all objectives in the level for you, giving you a rating of Silent Assassin. |
| Time Multiplier | This will speed up the passage of time, the highest level is 10. 10 can cause some side effects. |
| Beam here | This will teleport agent 47 to where ever the player crosshair is currently pointing, unless the point is blocked by terrain. |
| Teleport | This will teleport agent 47 to certain points in the level. |
